   If you were living on a desert island and had no access to any form of contraception, withdrawal would be better than nothing.
   But since you obviously DON’T live on a desert island, and have access to not only the internet, but stores of all types, there is no reason to rely on a method with a 25% failure rate when you COULD use a method with a 1-2% failure rate. (Condoms, pills, etc.)

   It can lower the risk of pregnancy but it will not eliminate it. You can still get pregnant even if he doesnt ejaculate. Thats why it is always best to us protection.

   Have you not heard of pre c u m so yeah you can still get pregnant if he does not ejaculate and pulls out. its better to you a safer method of protection such as a condom, pill, injection or use the safest option ever no sex.

   The only way to 100% prevent pregnancy is abstain from it! But I understand, as well as you do, that sex between you and your boyfriend is probably not going to stop. My advice would be to go to your OB doc or even a local Planned Parenthood and get on birth control of some sort. They have things like the Mirena or the Implanon that will last 5 years.
