I need to lose about 1 stone and have been doing that by cutting 500 calories/day. And am also trying to conceive (4th month).
Cutting down calories make me feel tired actually. I exercise too, but not that much because some people say strenuous exercise can cause implantation to be difficult and also easy to miscarry – not sure if that is true but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

Why give yourself the extra stress mentally and also deprive yourself of the energy you need to enjoy the process of conception?
Either lose weight and be prepared to gain it all back during pregnancy or get pregnant and forget about the weight until after you deliver.

My first round of clomid will start in the beginning of November due to my Doctor being on Vacation and for me not being able to get the clomid for October. Kepp watching and subscribe to follow my journey.
I have taken clomid before, and I have gotten pregnant on my first round of 25 mg of clomid. We will see if I have the same luck as last time. Hopefully won’t miscarry again.
