My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now and no luck… I don’t understand why ppl who don’t try get pregnant so fast but someone trying can’t? I was just wondering what u think would be the best method to help me conceive?

Nicole,

You must get a gyno to check out the fertility of both of you’ll.

If both are OK to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out – to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

My boyfriend and i have been together for 11 months now. We both want children , the only problem is…we’ve tried EVERYTHING!!! With no success…what should I do?

iv been with my bf 3.5 years..weve gone 2years with no protection at all..we werent trying but yea..
no pregnancy so we thaught there was something wrong with one of us..but i just found out im 7weeks pregnant :)

so it can take aaages!!! just be patiant, dont try, just relax and enjoy and the time will come!! google it,the contraception calculator or something like that,,then it will ask you to put in when your last period was then it will calculate when the 2best days for you to ‘do it’ are…i think the best thing to do is..
do it a few times everyday and with him on top and when he comes inside to lift ur bum and legs up and to stay there as long as you want or feel..1min is good enough..
also try a better diet, dont smoke or drink too much caffeine

good luck!

My love and I have been ttc (trying to conceive) for quite awhile now with no luck. I do not track my ovulation because we literally have sex every day.. just because we love eachother.. it is not a chore. Anyway.. sometimes one of us will not feel well or is tired but the most we skip is one day.. so PLEASE Do you have any tips? No pigheaded or rude answers please. Also I have been checked out by my ob and I’m also taking prenatal vitamins.

I agree with the person who said to put your legs up, it does help for some reason. They told me that I’d never be able to concieve a child and within four months of being off birth control I was pregnant with my little girl. I am 29 weeks as of today and loving every minute of it. There really are no secrets, but my only piece of advice is to try and not stress it or think about it too much. At first it was all I thought about and was frustrated it wasn’t happening but then once I stopped thinking about it so much and just enjoyed the constant love making with my fiance, it just happened when we least expected it. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself, believe it or not, the stress will hinder your ability to get pregnant. Good luck and let us know once you are expecting your little one!!

Me and my boyfriend have been trying to have a kid for 3 months now. I’ve kept a colander of my ovulation days, and I have normal periods. Im healthy and so is he and we both excersize. I haven’t got my period yet. The last time I had sex was this past Saturday and the Saturday before that. My period is suppose to come like today or within the next three days but I haven’t really gotten cramps like usual. Im hoping im pregnant. Does anyone have suggestions? How long does it usually take? And what could I try?

it can take 6 months to a year, i got pregnant my first month trying, its important to relax about it though and have fun with the sex and not worry about it too much

how could i get pregnant fast?

If only it was that easy…
Ovulation occurs around 14 days BEFORE your next period. Start having sex everyday 18 days before your period for around a week, if his sperm count is an issue, every 2nd day.

Best of luck.

The following are some simple steps you can take to increase your chances on getting pregnant.
1. Stop Taking Birth Control
You already know that you need to stop taking birth control before you begin trying to get pregnant.
2. Get Healthy
Start taking folic acid now
3. Learn Your Cycle
Take the time to learn your body, as you need to have sex when you are ovulating.
4. Enjoy Yourself
The more aroused you when being intimate with your partner, and the less stressed you feel, the more likely it is that you will be successful in getting pregnant.
5. Consider Proper Positions
The missionary position seems to put the sperm closest to the cervix, making the journey towards fertilization easier.
6. Talk to Your Partner
Your partner’s actions can actually lower his sperm count, making it harder to get pregnant fast.
7. Make the Trip Easier
You can increase your chances on getting pregnant fast by making the vaginal environment more receptive to sperm.

Most couples are successful in the first six months after they thy to conceive, so your odds of success are pretty high!

I’m 18, healthy and married my husband is 25 and healthy as well. We been having unprotected sex almost everyday for the past two months but I’m still not pregnant . We want a baby badly. What can we do to speed up the process.

In my honest opinion, the best fail proof method is the cervical mucous test. It’s free and much more effective then the temperature method. I also helped 2 of my friends to get pregnant using it as well. I was able to get pregnant 4 times using it!! All on the first try!! LOL I now have 3 children, one of the pregnancies resulted in a miscarriage. Once your period ends start checking you cervical mucous. You will notice how it changes as the days progress. Hopefully this isn’t TMI, but if you want to get pregnant forget the modesty!! LOL With your index finger, insert into your vaginal opening, all the way if you can. Right after your cycle it may be just wet, but then it gets pasty, you may have noticed it in your underwear at times? Typically a woman who is regular ovulates at or about day 14, but if your not regular, and you DO ovulate this test should be fail proof. Cervical mucous tends to be wet then pasty then it gets thinner. When your mucous is like egg white or "snotty", when you can stretch it between your fingers an inch or so …. Voila!! This is the time to try!! Your body is making it as easy as possible or facilitate for the egg to get to the sperm. It’s producing a HOV lane so to speak for the sperm. I would abstain from relations for the days right before it’s really thin. Then once your an egg-white consistency, have relations for at least the next three days. The secret isn’t to have relations as often as possible, because you want to build up the sperm count. You need to figure out WHEN your ovulating and have relations for at least those 3 days. If you decide to try this, please drop a follow up to let us know, OK?
